RFP Bill of Rights

We all know that many RFPs take way too much time and require way too much information.

Wouldn't it be great if issuers of RFPs took a long, hard look at what they were requesting agencies to do just to be part of the initial round of a review?

You know, keep the really important stuff like what makes your agency unique and right for the assignment, but get rid of unnecessary details, at least for the first round.

Here's our take on the subject.
