In the event that RFPalooza.com is contacted by your bank or insurance company with regard to a suspicious charge or a dispute, RFPalooza.com may share your Private Information with your bank or credit card company.
4. RFPalooza.com will maintain the confidentiality of information you provide when using a credit card to become a Registered Member or subsequent thereto, and will not disclose such information except to resolve a billing or other financial dispute.
